What Is A Content Management System?
I find a lot of people asking me what is a Content Management System?

Here is a list of some of the most popular content management systems that are available at the moment:

WordPress, Joomla and Drupal are the most notorious CMS’s out there at present – WordPress alone covers 25% of the internet! These systems allow websites to have pre-built functions to give easier access to do certain tasks such as creating a new page with the same theme attached.

Content management systems (CMS) are one of the best factors for improving SEO and site speed. Allowing you to easily install a theme is the most beneficial advantage out there. Not to mention the easy transition it would be to simply just create a new page! It has erased the need for web developers to constantly update and maintain pages as this can all be done by the owner who might not have any coding experience whatsoever.

For example, here is a screenshot of my ‘dashboard’ which is currently powered by WordPress. Extremely user friendly and I have the ability to change or edit things such as bold, title, links, colour, text-alignment and more.
